All I ever wanted to be was a hairstylist.  So it was no surprise that at the age of 14 I began doing hair on my friends by reading a hairstyling book.  From there I was hooked and at the age of 18 I got my license and began my career.

After 15 years of working for several salons I was able to realize my dream of becoming a salon owner and opened AllieCats Hair Salon in 2007. The opportunity to create a salon with a professional yet comfortable feel was what I had always wanted for my clients! I am now free to use and sell the best products available… products the really work to improve the quality of your hair! Additionally, being the owner allows me to provide appointments times that work best with my clients’ schedule. 

When it comes to curly hair, I know first hand that curly hair speaks a language all it’s own and a language I understand. That is why so many of my clients trust me cutting, coloring and styling their curly locks. 

Change is good, and hair is no exception. Whether it’s a cut, color or both, I love seeing the smiles on my clients’ faces. That is my greatest reward! I invite you to come in and experience the atmosphere and expertise of my cozy coastal salon.
